Every decoration method below runs from a portable station your guests gather around. Pick one, or run a couple side by side. We prep the art, dial the machines, and staff the whole table.

Live DTF printing

Direct-to-film is our workhorse and it is what makes live tote printing possible at scale. We print full-color transfers ahead of time, then heat-press them onto each canvas tote at the event. Because color is unlimited, a detailed logo, a photo, or a wild gradient prints just as cleanly as a one-color mark. The finish is soft, flexible, and holds up to real washing — guests use these bags for years.

Throughput is the reason DTF beats screen printing at events: no screens to burn, no ink to mix on site, and each press cycle is about a minute. That keeps the line moving when 300 people all want a bag in a two-hour window.

On-site embroidery

For a premium, tactile finish, we stitch names, monograms, initials, or a small logo directly into the tote. Embroidery is slower per bag than pressing, so we treat it as a boutique lane — ideal for VIP gifting suites, executive retreats, and weddings where a handful of beautifully finished bags matters more than raw volume. We can pre-digitize your logo so the machine is ready the moment doors open.

The patch bar

A wall of embroidered, woven, and leather patches guests pick from and heat-apply to build their own bag. The patch bar turns decorating into an activity: people linger, compare combos, and share the table. It pairs beautifully with festivals, bachelorette weekends, and welcome parties where the goal is a fun, no-two-alike keepsake rather than a uniform giveaway.

UV DTF stickers

For coated totes, insulated cooler bags, and hard-side pieces, UV DTF decals give a glossy, slightly dimensional full-color finish. Guests peel and press them on for a premium, sticker-like look that fabric printing cannot match on slick surfaces. It is a great add-on lane when your swag lineup goes beyond plain canvas.
